Thinking pink
looking for a short pink wig, I came across this little number in pale candy pink...
that quite reminded of Natalie Portman in her little pink wig...
while portraying Alice in the 2004 film Closer with costar Jude Law as Dan looking on...
but really, you can't get pinker that this film!
So, I'm somewhat flirting with the idea of dying my hair pink - as soon as my hair goes white, I'll take inspiration from Dame Helen Mirren and go pink...
Mirren actually said that she was copying the pink hair dying trend among young women these days...
WOW - that looks incredible - and she doesn't have to be an emo or rebel to do it!
although, there's nothing new about tinting one's hair pink...
like Mrs Slocombe in 70's show Are You Being Served? where her hair was tinted virtually all colours of the rainbow!
and then there's Aussie Dame Edna Everage...
simply fabulous!

Shocker!
not sure what to make of this shocking bright bubblegum pink jacket which was supposed to be more like a pretty lilac -- oh it's a shocker! The length of the fur was supposed to be longer and straighter, kind of shaggy... This XXL turned out to be more like a snug Small... Hmmm... Still so very shocked!!!
with a bright flash and no light adjustment, looks a little lighter and icier or bluer
Sweet pink crush: coconut ice coat
So I'm kinda keeping my peepers peeled for a long pale pink overcoat these days... And I'm sort of wondering what the actual hue of this coat would turn out to be... Like lilac or a powder pink?

just a piece of Berlin
colourful artwork from the newly fallen Berlin Wall (looks like my multicoloured galaxy blog banner!)
the pebbled concrete from which this part of the Berlin Wall was built
As the re-unified Berlin celebrates 25 years of the fall of the Berliner Mauer or in English, Berlin Wall, on November 9 I hold a chunk, remembering that I've owned a historical piece of Berlin for more than two decades! (close to a quarter of a century) My how time flies...

loving: burgundy, blush, magenta and lilac
this burgundy boyfriend coat / jacket I featured earlier turned out to have a basketweave pattern in the knit and is quite warm. And this lilac pink, magenta, burgundy and blue paisley scarf is a perfect match! Orange and pink boho satin scarf
and it would team with with this dusty pale lilac pink tee
the scarf would also team well with this lilac moto jacket...
these pink marbled sunglasses...
these retro cool cranberry red sunglasses...
these pretty pink mirror lens sunglasses...
these lilac sunglasses to go with the moto jacket...
and these pink tortoiseshell sunglasses to match the burgundy blazer...
to go with these socks and the paisley scarf, these Miista purple holographic shoes...

Crushing: enameled camellia brooches
toy Chanel? I love the Art Deco charm of these stylized camellia flowers rendered into earrings and a brooch...
this black and white camellia...
or this all-white camellia brooch...
and this Nolan Miller "Lara" camellia brooch is gorgeous with its Arte Nouveau charm...
