Thom Browne gets inspired by military uniforms for his SS 2014 offering with jodhpur breeches and a sharp little black tunic jacket not unlike German WWII SS uniforms thinly disguised here as a naval uniform and not completely unlike the ubiquitous moto jacket... Even the grey number could pass for the feldgrau tunics worn by the SS, including the panzer corp.

referencing the uniform above, I was inspired by the silver grey aiguillette (plaited cord) that goes through the the right epaulette (shoulder strap), and found a slightly metallic silver grey mesh tunic with a plaited knit! I know!!!
earlier on I had put together an outfit in similar colors, black, white and silver, utilizing another metallic silver knit top, teaming the ensemble with a handmade pearl button necklace that goes together extremely well... Something so crisp and sharp about the black, white and silver combination! Now for that cap... (just kidding)
I also see it with this ribbed marled black tee...
to keep it casual, this cream and black varsity cardigan...
and this sharp little pewter moto jacket to dress it up...
