Snowballs!

There’s something so provocative – in a foodporn way – about these big, fluffy, deliciously pink snowballs.  Bodacious coconut covered pink orbs with a marshmallow coating and cream-filled chocolate cake center…  So plump and slippery that they have to be flipped upside-down or the interior falls out as you bite into them.  And – they must definitely be eaten over a plate!  Even with my sweet tooth, one is usually enough.  Somehow, when I look at them, I’m not thinking “snowballs.”
