A short flirtation

 so I'm flirting with the idea of having a just-above-the-knee violet purple mini skirt...

 another website showed it as a deeply saturated Tyrrhenian purple, a very royal hue...

 the skirt in person is more a reddish purple, almost magenta ...

and actually photographed as a bluish violet purple, requiring me to use a pinkish filter to match its actual reddish / pinkish hue. Looking almost duochrome or duotone magenta - violet in this shot! But I have more lipsticks that go with this magenta purple colour than a true violet!

and right now for spring, I'm looking at pairing the magenta purple skirt with these genuine leather Miista Zoe Flip Paint holographic / hologram purple oxford shoes, that are primarily a reddish magenta purple but also flip over to violet purple, green, gold and a smidgen of indigo blue...

the skirt turns out to be more like these magenta violets...

rather than these bluish purple violets. But I'm already looking at how I can create outfits using this little skirt and it looks quite promising... So glad this little skirt has turned out to be a deep magenta!

even though it's a warm hue, I would still team the magenta with these violet bluish purple Saltwater sandals and lilac socks to do mix things up...
