Will the reworking ever be done?

the cute vintage boho-chic hand-blocked periwinkle dress turned out to be super-tight in the armpits and got reworked into a three-tier skirt just below the calves. A lot of tops would go with it like those that are periwinkle blue, lavender, maroon, black and white, even blue denim but I teamed it with a lavender hacchi knit cardigan...
A little more light on the subject!
this heathered lavender tee...
this H&M burgundy crinkle camisole top
and this plum tartan / plaid shirt...
perhaps topped off with this shaggy faux Tibetan lambswool yeti vest...
just like this outfit -- kinda like Tibetan grunge -- just add chunky jewelry...
these Miista purple holographic shoes...
purple spacedye sneakers
these oxblood ankle booties...
maybe even an oxblood waterfall cardi / cardigan...
burgundy floppy hat...
but then these cool retro cranberry red sunglasses...
And this burgundy gladiator sandal teams well
As do these burgundy mules
Topped off with this mauve and plum space dye cardigan...
and of course a basic black waterfall cardi / cardigan...
and also this black hairpipe belt that I made with my very own hands...
and under the cardi, to be teamed with this lacy tank top...
or this white tank top...
or it could be teamed by itself with this blue chevron knit top...
or even this lavender sweatshirt...
 this lavender jelly sandal...
perhaps this carved mask ring...
and this iolite...
this LA Colors Chic Eyeshadow Palette...
and NYX Lip Lingerie in Embellishment...
or to be wild, this periwinkle hued Kleancolor Lipstick in Cast of Spell...

(this is how the periwinkle dress looked)

Mood Indigo: patchwork batik

There's nothing like batik in shades of indigo blue with a striking tiled patchwork pattern...
that's why I love the idea of this patchwork kimono...
and it would team well with this navy blue pleated sheath dress...
teamed with navy knit harem romper
This indigo slinky crinkled broomstick skirt
They look great together!
Dar blue glitter jelly sandals

then definitely these Midnight Magic glitterpuss shoes...
navy blue sunglasses...
the kimono can also be teamed with this violet purple stretch knee-length skirt...
that would look great with Miista purple holographic shoes...
these navy blue thong sandals...
and something like this royal blue camisole slip dress would be perfect...
or more casually, this cobalt / royal blue tank dress...

also has contrasting black so that you could wear black top...
this H&M black crinkle camisole top
like these cute black sandals...
or this navy blue crochet flat...

as there is just a touch of purple in there with the indigo...
And these oversized cobalt frame sunglasses...
and might look cute with something like these violet hued eggplant jeans...
this royal purple knit top...
a unisex violet purple heather tee / t-shirt like this one...
or this long sleeve heathered lavender tee...
or this brighter / purpler violet heather tee...
or even with this violet hued camisole slip dress...
bluish purple sunglasses...

and perhaps with purple jasper beads...
and maybe this carved face ring...
and to be teamed with these indigo jelly sandals
or maybe these purple Saltwater sandals...
these cool duotone cobalt blue and violet aviator sunglasses
or perhaps these lilac sandals...
these cool purple shades...
and Iolite / Cordierite!
Just a note about Iolite / Cordierite that I found, they say that it resonates with the energy of twilight. The gemstone is a beautiful violet-blue that stimulates the astral bodies and psychic awareness. It is believed to reveal realms beyond the usual waking consciousness and is therefore ideal for astral projection, dimensional and other inner vision works, as it is suited for past- and alternate-life work.
I would also use this LA Colors Chic Eyeshadow Palette...
and NYX Lip Lingerie in Embellishment...
or if you're feeling blue, indigo blue lipstick...

and here's Doris Day with Mood Indigo...
